If you have ever heard of the name Skip Bayless, then this news shouldn't be much of a surprise to you.
Skip's hatred for LeBron James, dating back to god knows when, has been well-publicized in the media, mostly due to Bayless' loud mouth on TV. But I'm pretty sure nothing Skip has said in the past compares to his comments on Tuesday night.
Almost immediately after Gordon Hayward's horrific injury in the first quarter against the Cavaliers that is set to sideline him for the rest of the season, Bayless took the opportunity to sprout out this nonsense.
The mental gymnastics one needs to go through to link Hayward's injury to LeBron having no competition in the East is laughable, and many others thought so too, including the Toronto Raptors' DeMar DeRozan.
DeRozan definitely communicated what all of us were thinking, and judging by the likes and retweets, the majority agree with him.
Whether Skip is playing up his personality as a shock jock on social media, or he actually believes some of the nonsense he says, it shows his true character to try and insult LeBron when an NBA All-Star has just suffered a season-ending injury.
