As free agents drop from the market one-by-one, the Lakers are running out of options to fill out the rest of their roster. As they hold their breath on Kawhi, they might be looking at another NBA veteran in the meantime; former Golden State Champion Andre Iguodala.

According to ESPN's Stephen A Smith, Iggy will seek a buyout from Memphis to join the Lakers this summer.

So far, it has been a quiet offseason for Los Angeles. As they await the decision of Leonard, they signed sharpshooter Troy Daniels. Iguodala is joining a long list of potential low-priced veterans the Lakers will look at.

if Kawhi signs, they will only have the money to bring in players on vet-minimum deals -- like Carmelo Anthony and other players who are looking for a place to win. If they fail to secure that third superstar, they will pursue guys like Danny Green, Marcus Morris, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and DeMarcus Cousins.

Either way, do not expect the Lakers to sit quietly, they will be working hard to find the pieces to fit around LeBron James and Anthony Davis-- whether Kawhi joins them or not.
