Stephen Curry Had A Funny Answer When Asked How Long He'll Play In The NBA: "My Wife Might Be Listening. I Don't Want To Tell Y'all."

Stephen Curry

Stephen Curry is one of the best players in the league, and there's no doubt that he's one of the greatest point guards to ever play in the NBA. He has been in the NBA for a long time, and he has shown no signs of slowing down so far.

Recently, Stephen Curry was asked about how long he was going to play in the NBA. The point guard gave a funny answer, claiming that his wife Ayesha Curry "might be listening" to the show,

My wife might be listening. I don't wanna tell y'all. I don't want to get in trouble.

There is no doubt that Stephen Curry likely has many years remaining in his career. He is the greatest shooter to ever play the game of basketball, and generally, shooters can remain productive into their late 30s. A player never forgets how to shoot the basketball and floor spacing is an extremely valuable commodity in this league.

As of now though, Stephen Curry doesn't have to worry about retirement. He is still squarely in his prime, and he has led the Golden State Warriors to the 3rd seed in the Western Conference. Many people view the Golden State Warriors as contenders, and some even have them winning it all. They have a lot of solid role players next to Curry, as well as two All-Stars from this season in Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins. The talent on the roster suggests that they are indeed a championship-caliber team.

The Golden State Warriors have been without their star point guard, as he got a knee injury during the team's last matchup against the Boston Celtics. There's no doubt that their title hopes hinge on Stephen Curry returning healthy for the postseason. Hopefully, he is able to come back at 100%.
