Stephen Curry Proves Why He's Not A Baseball Player In Batting Practice With Oakland Athletics

Golden State star Steph Curry is enjoying unprecedented success and prosperity on the basketball court.

But when it comes to the baseball field, he's not nearly as dangerous.

On Wednesday, a clip went viral on Twitter that featured the reigning Finals MVP taking some batting practice with the Oakland A's. He managed to hit a few balls, but it's safe to say that he made the right choice sticking to basketball.

Curry is a man of many talents and his appreciation for sports extends beyond just the game of basketball. In fact, Steph has done a good job supporting all of his local teams.

Even Klay Thompson has been seen on the diamond. Last October, Klay let fans into his world by taking them to his old baseball field in Portland, where he used to play Middle School ball with Kevin Love (who he once beamed with a pitch).

"I faced Kevin Love here. I was pitching, he was batting. I beamed him right in the back. New he was going to be a Cav."

No team in the NBA embodies their community quite like the Warriors do. They pour into the fanbase and the city like no other, constantly showing their support for local teams and policies that bring the community together. In return, the fans give back with unconditional support and a rocking stadium every game day.

This season, the Warriors pulled off the impossible again by capturing their fourth title in eight years. It marked a return to relevancy for the franchise after spending two years in the Western Conference bunker.

Now, they are angling to keep up their pace and make a run to repeat as champions. In the meantime, Steph Curry is out there living his best life in California and enjoying all the perks that come with being a big-time superstar.
