With DeMarcus Cousins back, and the Warriors coming off of two blowout wins, there's a large sense of renewed optimism in Oakland. They have regained their spark and their swagger, en-route to another stellar season.
But it doesn't mean some locker room tensions have disappeared entirely.
During Monday night's victory against the Lakers, head coach Steve Kerr and Jordan Bell can be seen getting into a heated discussion in a timeout towards the end of the game.
The details of the exchange are obviously unknown, but it must be hard for Kerr to manage the rotations, roles, and minutes of a team with 5 All-Stars.
And as a solid rotational player at best, it's no surprise if Bell was not happy with his role/minutes with the team.
Good thing for Bell, if wanting a larger role really is the problem, he might be due for one after this summer. With KD, DeMarcus, and Klay due to hit free agency, there might be room for Bell to take on more responsibility for the team.
But in a season where so much inside trouble has already plagued them, this type of exchange is definitely not something that will help quiet the rumors and speculation regarding the future of this franchise.
