LeBron James has reached his 10th NBA Finals in his career. You can say it was easy for the King, but he had to work hard to reach that number, getting past huge obstacles that made things extremely difficult for him in his quest for greatness. Curiously, during this playoff run, he's had a relatively easy path after disposing of the Portland Trail Blazers, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets all in five games to reach the Finals.
One Redditor called 'KingofMangoes' noticed that LeBron's team this year is composed of some people that tried to prevent him from making the Finals in prior years. Bron didn't always have super teams and even when he did, he faced huge competition to make it to the big stage.
Rajon Rondo: 2008/2010 Celtics
Dwight Howard: 2009 Magic
Danny Green: 2014 Spurs
Frank Vogel: 2013 Pacers
Quinn Cook: 2017 Warriors
JR Smith: 2018 Finals
Alex Caruso: Hair
Joking or not, the person behind the post and the account did a good job bringing this up.
You can add other pieces there like Avery Bradley with the Celtics and JaVale McGee with the Warriors. The bottom line is, he made his enemies join him to win the title and now you can see the winning team he has created. Now they're four wins away from winning a title against a hard-working, well-rounded Miami Heat that will try to shock the world once again.
Bron has a history with the Heat, too, but he couldn't lure any of his former teammates to join him in California.
