The infamous LeBron James banner in Cleveland located across from the Quicken Loans Arena has now officially been replaced once and for all.
Cleveland has quickly lost a lot of attention in the media now that their greatest player has left to join the Los Angeles Lakers for the next step of his career. The famous banner of LeBron has now been replaced with a generic “All for the Land” banner.
It certainly doesn’t have the same impact as the banner of LeBron James with his arms spread out wide had.
The Cavaliers expectations for the 2018/2019 season have completely dropped now that they’re number one player has moved on. Last year’s post season showed just how important and vital LeBron James is to the team, carrying his side to yet another NBA Finals appearance before being swept by the Warriors. This year looks to be set as a growth year for the club as they look to improve their young talent.
It’s the start of a new era for the Cavaliers, the post LeBron James era and unlike last time the King left the franchise, there’s no chance of him making yet another work.
