The Top Three Winningest Duos In NBA Playoff History Is Not What You May Think

Dominating the NBA Playoffs is never an easy thing to do.

In fact, just making it more than a few times in your career is no easy task in itself. For Gregg Popovich and the San Antonio Spurs, however, making the playoffs (and going pretty far in them) is just a way of life.

So much so, in fact, that some of teams most important players actually hold a pretty incredible record. After their latest win over the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili have become the winningest duo in NBA Playoff history.

Interestingly enough, the Spurs also hold the second and third spots on the same list. Tim Duncan and Parker are second, while Duncan and Ginobili are third.

So while the Spurs' glory days may be behind them, their place amongst NBA lore has been cemented for years to come. Their dominance and consistency over the decades is something that may never be repeated again.
