Devin Booker

Devin Booker is one of the top shooting guards in the game today, and many consider him the best. He is a smooth shot creator who is capable of scoring on all three levels. During the regular season, Devin Booker put up 26.8 PPG, 5.0 RPG, and 4.8 APG.

Prior to his injury during Game 2 against the New Orleans Pelicans, Devin Booker was putting on a scoring clinic. Though he only played 25 minutes, he finished with 31 points.

One of the highlight moments of the night for Devin Booker was him dapping up a baby after hitting a clutch fadeaway. It is clear that it was a funny moment and an adorable gesture from Devin Booker.

The degree of severity of Devin Booker's injury remains to be seen. Hopefully, it is nothing too serious. The Suns are obviously a much worse team without Devin Booker, but they have a lot of solid players that could step up in his absence. While they lost Game 2, they will seek to bounce back against the Pelicans in New Orleans. It is quite likely that Deandre Ayton, Chris Paul, and Mikal Bridges will have to shoulder the scoring load while Devin Booker is out. They also have solid role players such as Cameron Johnson and Cameron Payne that can help with that.

The Phoenix Suns should still have the talent to beat the New Orleans Pelicans, but it won't be an easy ride, especially without Devin Booker. The star duo of CJ McCollum and Brandon Ingram provides a lot for that team offensively, while rookie Herb Jones has been outstanding on the defensive end. Hopefully, we see Devin Booker bounce back sooner rather than later. The game is better when he is on the floor, and perhaps we'll see him again in round 1.
