Spencer Dinwiddie is a combo-guard who contributes on both ends of the floor. While he has been out with injury for the majority of this season, a healthy Spencer Dinwiddie would be an amazing contributor on any team. He has spent the last few years of his career with the Brooklyn Nets, but he will be a free agent this offseason with the ability to choose his own destination.
NBA Insider Farbod Esnaashari has recently stated that Spencer Dinwiddie would be interested in going to the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers in free agency. It is easy to see Spencer Dinwiddie fit in with either Los Angeles franchise as a third option who can score the ball well. Esnaashari also suggested that the Los Angeles Lakers have a better chance of landing Dinwiddie.
The Spencer Dinwiddie interest in returning to an LA team is very real. Have asked around a lot about it this week. Everything @Krisplashed wrote in his article is similar to what I've heard from insiders around the league.

I think they have a better shot at getting him than the Clippers do personally. However, if I was him I would want the bag over anything else

It is clear that Dinwiddie would aid either team with his two-way contributions. It will be interesting to see what Dinwiddie will do this summer, as he is one of the best guards in this upcoming free agency, and will likely have suitors around the league. From this report, it looks as though his future could involve the city of Los Angeles.
