Jabari Parker's days in the Windy City are numbered. That much is clear. What's not so clear is where he might be headed next, with the Bulls taking trade offers for the 6' 8" big man.
One team that has recently joined the Jabari sweepstakes? The New York Knicks.
Per ESPN's Ian Begley, David Fizdale and the squad reportedly have some interest in bringing Parker to Madison Square Garden.
Parker averaged 15.2 points and 6.9 rebounds per game before being dropped from the rotation completely. Presumably, that decision is likely a result of his abysmal defense, which obviously has no desire to improve.
The big concern here should be how Parker would fit next to Porzingis. With Kristaps still working his way out, it'll be important for the pieces to fit around him when he finally does make his return. Parker definitely has some positives and negatives to his game, but for a team with virtually nothing to lose with the Knicks, bringing him on wouldn't be the worst thing they could do.
