Dwyane Wade in New York Knicks?

maxresdefault (1)

Sources told that Wade’s representatives have made it known to multiple teams over the past several days that he will be on the market. Some teams have been skeptical, wondering whether Wade would seriously consider leaving the franchise where he has played 13 seasons and won three titles.

The Heat and Wade had several contentious weeks last year before they agreed on a one-year, $20 million deal for this past season.

Wade averaged 19 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game last season, then Toronto defeated Miami Heat after seven games in the 2nd round of the NBA Playoffs.

Dwyane Wade may not be the athlete he once was, but he remains one of the best shooting guards in the NBA.

Miami Heat will try to sign Hassan Whiteside and to offer a max contract to Kevin Durant. Dwyane Wade has 34 years, a history of knee problems in his past, and he wants to earn more than 20 million in the next season. Pat Riley, one of the best president (and GM) in the NBA, would like to have all three players on the roster, but at this moment, they don't have a salary cap for three max contracts. The Heat currently have around $40 million in cap space and have nine free agents, including Wade, Hassan Whiteside and Luol Deng.

What is the next for Dwyane Wade? Hassan Whiteside wants a max contract. Bosh has a health problem and nobody knows if he will play next season. Goran Dragic is overrated and Luol Deng is not in his prime anymore.

Even if Dwyane Wade has an offer from Miami, how could be if Hassan Whiteside sign for Los Angeles Lakers and Chris Bosh announces a retirement? He will be alone there with Dragic and Deng, without any chances to even play in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Recently, we wrote about The Brotherhood: Can Dreams Come True? We are one step closer today when D-Wade is a free agent.

Now, Wade has the last opportunity to win his 4th NBA Championships. How can he win?

He can join the New York Knicks next season and play with Derrick Rose and Carmelo Anthony. When Kevin Durant sees the Knicks roster with three superstars plus Kristaps Porzingis and the big market around him, it would be very tough to reject Phil Jackson' max offer. Who could reject that? He can have a great opportunity to play in the New York and Dwyane Wade knows how to win an NBA title.

I'm sure that Wade will accept a pay cut and sign 1+1 for the Knicks. He doesn't have a future in Miami Heat if we are talking about the NBA Championships. The only option could be if Kevin Durant signs there, but if he compares Miami Heat and New York Knicks with Carmelo, Rose, Durant and Porzingis, it's more than clear what is the best solution for his career.

Dwyane Wade is the best shooting guard after Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. He could have an opportunity to win a title with Phil Jackson. Jordan won six and Kobe won five NBA Championships. It could be great if Wade also win a title with Phil Jackson.

New York Knicks are waiting 43 years for the NBA Championship. The fans would be delighted if they could get an opportunity to watch Rose, Wade, Carmelo and Durant together.

Also, they will become a great force in the Eastern Conference and everyone will want to watch the NBA Playoffs against LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers or against Golden State Warriors and Stephen Curry.

Wade, it's your turn. You will not win a title in Miami Heat. Your last chance is to sign for New York Knicks. If LeBron wants, he will sign next season, but they are very strong without him and Chris Paul.
