After Minnesota Timberwolves hired Tom Thibodeau for the next season, we had so many speculations about Jimmy Butler, Andrew Wiggins, Zach Lavine and Kris Dunn.

We have two offers recently, between Minnesota and Chicago:

1. Minnesota reportedly denied a Bulls offer for the fifth-overall pick (Kris Dunn) and third-year guard Zach LaVine.

2. The Bulls won’t trade Butler to the Timberwolves unless it is for Wiggins.

Let's assume that Minnesota will not trade Andrew Wiggins. The Bulls could have only the 1st option, and that could work for both teams.

However, the best for Minnesota fans could be if they trade Zach Lavine and Kris Dunn for Jimmy Butler. He is one of the best defenders in the league and in the top 5 SG at this moment (James Harden, Klay Thompson, Dwyane Wade and DeMar Derozan).

Minnesota Timberwolves need an unselfish player, with an experience, who knows how to play defense on the highest level.

The Timberwolves have two big prospects, Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins, and with JimmyButler, they could have a "Big Three" in the next 7-9 years (Jimmy Butler is 26-years old). In my opinion, KAT showed more than Andrew Wiggins so far, but I believed, if Wiggins have a practice over the summer with Kobe Bryant, he could have been the top 5 biggest surprise in the forthcoming season.

Tom Thibodeau knows how to use Jimmy Butler and learn him everything about the basketball.

Jimmy Butler had only 2.6 points per game in his rookie season, and after that, he had: 8.6 points, 13.1 points, 20.0 points and 20.9 points per game.

In the last two seasons, he was the best player for the Chicago Bulls, and he even managed to score 20 points per game with Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol on the court.

He could have a great connection with Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins.

With him, I'm sure that Minnesota will have a great starting lineup: Ricky Rubio, Andrew Wiggins, Jimmy Butler, Gorgui Deng and Karl-Anthony Towns. Enough for the NBA Playoffs? With Tim Thibodeau, that could be enough.

* The real problem for the Wolves is Ricky Rubio. He is an injured-prone player, and Minnesota fans could have a headache if he misses games next season.

What could get Chicago Bulls with Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn?

Zach Lavine could be good as the 6th man (like Jamal Crawford for the Los Angeles Clippers), but for something more, LaVine needs to improve shot selection and to learn how to share the ball on the court.

Kriss Dunn could be a "PG with quickness and athleticism to go along with it, with potential to translate as a two-way player at NBA level", but he has been known as a turnover-prone player, and with Zach Lavine on the court, it's not a good combination for the young team, if they want to play in the NBA Playoffs next year.

Although , after Bulls signed Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo, they could use Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn only from the bench. Kris Dunn is projected to start from the bench (if they don't trade Ricky Rubio), but Zach Lavine will play as the starting shooting guard for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

LaVine will have a great opportunity to learn from Dwyane Wade, and Kris Dunn will learn from Rajon Rondo, and Chicago will have two young players for the future. They both have a great potential, and with Dwyane Wade and Rajon Rondo, they will learn more than from anybody else.

The Bulls could have four players for the future: Kris Dunn, Zach LaVine, Denzel Valentine and Bobby Portis.

Chicago Bulls (what if) roster next season:

Starting lineup: Rajon Rondo, Dwyane Wade, D. McDermott, Nikola Mirotic and Robin Lopez

Bench: Kris Dunn, Zach LaVine, Denzel Valentine, Bobby Portis and Cristiano Felicio + Isaiah Cannan and Jerian Grant.

A win-win situation for both teams. Minnesota will have a roster for the Western Conference (7th - 8th seed), and Chicago will have a great roster for the future.

They should talk once again about Jimmy Butler, Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn.
