It looks like the Blaugrana are officially in for the race to sign Neymar Jr, who has already let Paris Saint-Germain know about his desire to leave the club as soon as possible.
The Catalans were allegedly wary of pulling a comeback for the Brazilian star after he left the club in a shocking way in very bad terms to join the French champions, but Lionel Messi's desire to play again with Neymar has done a lot to change their minds.
And with Real Madrid already trying to make a move for the playmaker, it didn't take long for Josep Maria Bartomeu to try and take the lead for his services once again.
So, according to Spanish outlet Sport, Barcelona has already submitted a huge offer for the striker, putting as much as €100m on the table to go along with none other than one of his compatriots and beloved friends: Philippe Coutinho.
Coutinho has mightily struggled to adapt to Ernesto Valverde's system and he's been a huge scapegoat for the Catalans since the start of the season, and his great performances with Brazil's national team lately may be enough to convince PSG to take him in the summer.
This might as well put an end to the major issues both Neymar and Coutinho have been going through for quite some time now, as they're both incredibly talented and have a huge ability to make a difference, but have really struggled to get by with their respective clubs.
Neymar is currently sidelined with yet another injury that kept him out of the Copa America, with Coutinho embracing his role as a leader for Tite's team.
Whether the French club is willing to take a risk on Coutinho and open the door for Neymar to leave, that's yet to be seen, but it's quite an appealing offer, to say the least.
