Cristiano Ronaldo could be facing trouble in the near future following controversy in Juventus’ game against AC Milan. After Sunday’s game, the Portuguese forward stormed off Allianz Stadium, something that could put him in a bad position.

It is not entirely clear if he left the stadium straight away, but former AC Milan, Roma striker Antonio Cassano has explained that he nearly got in trouble for that himself as a player.

“You can’t leave the stadium because there is an anti-doping control,” Cassano said when discussing the incident on Italian TV show Tiki-Taka.

“I had to go back to the stadium urgently to avoid a two-year ban.”

If all this happens and Ronaldo ended up being banned from football for two years that would be a huge story, and probably the end of his career as he’ll soon be turning 35.

CR7 has been one of the greatest ever to play the game, so it would be a complete shame if we see him out for a lengthy period. Still, rules aren’t meant to be broken, so hopefully, Ronaldo didn’t evade the anti-doping tests after Juve’s match.

He was surprisingly subbed off by manager Maurizio Sarri against the Rossoneri and did not look at all happy about it.
