Cristiano Ronaldo Wants Juventus To Sign James Rodriguez, But There's A Condition

Transfer deadline day for the English Premier League is upon us so there are a lot of players likely to be moved in the next couple of hours, still, it looks like Paulo Dybala is not going to be one of those players.

Dybala was supposed to head to London to join Tottenham Hotspur but the move eventually fell off, so Juventus are trying to find him a new home before the start of the season.

The Argentinean is reportedly not in Maurizio Sarri's plans going forward and according to Spanish outlet AS, Cristiano Ronaldo reached out to the team's officials to let them know a piece of his mind.

As per the report, Cristiano suggested the team to sign James Rodriguez in case Paulo Dybala ends up leaving Turin, regardless of it is today or next week, with Paris Saint-Germain, and Barcelona allegedly interested in his services.

James wasn't even a part of Zidane's team to face Salzburg on their last preseason matchup and it doesn't look like he's going to have many opportunities to prove his worth at Santiago Bernabeu.

Florentino Perez is unwilling to lessen his financial expectations for the Colombian playmaker, but with Zidane pushing him out the door, it would be for the best interest to just let him go this summer.

Moreover, Cristiano and James are both represented by Jorge Mendes, a detail that could make things easier for the Italian side to get him to agree on a potential move to Turin.

Napoli and Atletico de Madrid were also allegedly trying to sign Rodriguez, but Los Blancos rejected all of their bids on an attempt to get more money out of the former AS Monaco standout.

As for Dybala, he must find a new team as soon as possible if he doesn't want to continue to struggle to find playing time, with Ronaldo carrying most of the load for the Old Lady.
