Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't been able to practice with the rest of the team since suffering a knock in Juventus' victory over Bologna.
That's why the Portugal superstar is going to have to undergo further testing for his right ankle, with Juventus "pretty concerned" about the state of the injury.
With Ronaldo unable to go through a full practice or draw contact, the Bianconeri star will be examined by their medical staff to try and determine a possible return date for the forward.
"Both Douglas Costa and Cristiano Ronaldo trained separately from the group. For CR7, check-ups have been scheduled for today and tomorrow following a knock to his left ankle during the game against Bologna," Said Juventus on a statement.
This injury comes a major blow for La Vecchia Signora, as they're set to face second-place Napoli this upcoming weekend.
Moreover, the Bianconeri are already facing the tough test to overcome a 2 goal deficit in the UEFA Champions League's second leg of the round of 16 against Atletico Madrid.
Paulo Dybala will have to step up and prove Massimiliano Allegri that he's more than capable of carrying the load for Juventus, as the out-of-favor Argentinean might as well be on his way out in the summer due to the lack of playing time.
