Florentino Perez Admits Signing Paul Pogba Is 'Impossible' For Real Madrid

It looks like Zinedine Zidane and Real Madrid's supporters aren't going to be able to fulfill their dream of seeing Paul Pogba dressed in a white uniform, at least for the time being.

With Manchester United heavily leaning towards banning any potential offer for the Frenchman's services, Florentino Perez has reportedly already told Zidane and Jose Angel Sanchez to move on from their desire to sign Pogba, according to Spanish outlet Marca.

Manchester United are reportedly reluctant to engage in any talks for the World Cup winner even despite him publically stating that he'd like to take a step forward in his career elsewhere.

Mino Raiola, his agent, and a very controversial guy in terms of the way he handles the media has also openly talked about Pogba's desire to leave and the fact that he had already let the club know about it with several months in advance.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the Red Devils aren't willing to part ways with the 26-year-old as they view him as a pivotal part of their project going forward.

Pogba has been Manchester United's scapegoat for years now and his departure looked inevitable during Jose Mourinho's tenure at Old Trafford, but with he still under contract for the long run and them not having any financial needs, they just won't let him go at all costs.

Therefore, Rael Madrid will have to focus their attention somewhere else if they still want to strengthen their midfield, with Zidane reluctant to give James Rodriguez another chance.

Donny van de Beek and Christian Eriksen have also been tied with a move to Real Madrid this summer, so we'll have to wait and see how this situation pans out after already signing Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic, Rodrygo, Ferland Mendy, and Eder Militao ahead of this upcoming campaign.
