Transfer News: Juventus To Make A Run For Real Madrid Want-Away

Real Madrid

Ever since Zinedine Zidane was appointed back as Real Madrid's full-time boss, rumors have started to pile up regarding who may stay with the team and who's going to head out the door in this upcoming transfer window.

Zidane has done little to put those rumors at ease with his recent statements, pretty much confirming the fact that Real Madrid are going to spend a lot of money in the summer in order to go back to the top of the world following a disappointing season.

One of the players whose future is still up in the air is Keylor Navas, as the Costa Rican has fallen in and out of the team's starting XI and, while he's repeatedly claimed that he wants to stay and earn a spot in the team, he knows Florentino Perez is still determined to sell him and roll with Thibaut Courtois as his goalkeeper.

Navas has grown sick and tired of this never-ending situation, and could even give up on his lifelong dream of being Real Madrid's keeper in order to spend the next years of his career playing for a top-tier club in Europe.

And, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Italian giants Juventus would be more than willing to offer him a way out of Santiago Bernabeu, with Cristiano Ronaldo demanding the team to make big-name signings in the summer as they look to make a run at the UEFA Champions League.

While Szczesny has been solid for La Vecchia Signora, he's no Gianluigi Buffon and Keylor Nava would be a major upgrade at that spot for the Italian giants.

Moreover, Keylor would be a way cheaper choice for Juventus than Barcelona's Jasper Cillessen, who was also linked with a potential move to Turin. While Cillessen is valued in 50 million, Navas could leave Spain for just 15 million euros.
