Manchester United looks closer than ever to land one of their lusted targets this summer, as the Red Devils’ boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will give the ‘ok’ to the club to submit an initial offer to buy Crystal Palace’s youngster Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Bissaka has been earning the attention from several teams all season long and now that the summer transfer window is approaching us, his next destination seems to be clear as the days come by. The England Under-21 international played his first full season at Selhurst Park this one and he didn’t stop having great performances that made him one of the most wanted players in England at this moment.
However, he was always linked to Manchester United and signing for a different team than that for him would be really surprising. Standard Sport, for instance, reports that the club is now ready to make a £25 million offer to take the right-back to Old Trafford.
This offer is expected to be rejected right away, as Palace will look to get the double of what Man. Utd. is going to offer, and, with Manchester City joining the race for Aaron’s talents, the South Londoners are highly likely to receive big money in exchange for the defender. Solskjaer needs a new right-back, as Antonio Valencia will become a free agent this summer and Matteo Darmian is expected to leave the club, so they need to fill the position as soon as possible.
United has also been linked with moves for Swansea City winger Daniel James and Sean Longstaff of Newcastle United's this upcoming offseason.
