Paris Saint-Germain Outgoing Midfielder Confirms Juventus Talks Amid Premier League Interest

Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with plenty of players over the last couple of weeks, but just like they’re working on landing pretty impressive names, they are also on the verge to see how several players leave the club this summer. They have stated their willingness to sell Julian Draxler this offseason and the German international won't be the only one that leaves the club this summer.

Thomas Meunier has also been linked with a move out of Paris, but the one that has been eager to leave PSG is French midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who will finally make his desired exit of the team this transfer window.

Rabiot himself has revealed that he has recently been in talks with Juventus, but the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has also refused to rule out the possibility of a move to Manchester United.

Adrien had a terrible 2018/19 campaign, where he barely had opportunities to showcase his talents with the club after clashes outside the pitch. Rabiot only made 20 appearances across all competitions and the last time he was able to take to the pitch was back in December.

The midfielder has discussed his future, surprisingly revealing that he held talks with Serie A giants Juventus, which might hint that a move is closer than we think.

“I like Italy very much,” Rabiot told Corriere dello Sport, as per Football Italia. “Staying here is wonderful, you can rest and recharge your batteries. A demanding season awaits me.

“Juve came looking for me and we talked, but I can’t say anything else. I still don’t know where I’ll go. They’re a great club, where every good player would like to play.”

However, he doesn’t discard a move to the Premier League, where Manchester United will wait anxiously for him.

“The same applies to them (Manchester United). I still have to make a decision. I’m on holiday for now. You’ll know soon.”

A decision is yet to be made by Rabiot, who knows he has several options this summer and is up to him to decide where he’d like to go after an awful tenure in Parc des Princes.
