The Eden Hazard-To-Real-Madrid rumors have started once again amid Zinedine Zidane's appointment as Los Blancos full-time boss.
Zidane was fond of Hazard for quite some long time since his first tenure at Real Madrid, but with him still under contract, reports state Madrid never actually submitted a bid for the Belgian.
Now, Hazard has constantly lauded Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane in an attempt to flirt with the team and fulfill a dream move he's had since he was a young kid.
Even so, it looks like, ironically, the only thing holding back Hazard's signing is Zidane himself, as he's yet to give Real Madrid the green light to pursue him.
According to Spanish outlet Marca, Chelsea is well aware of Hazard's desire to be dressed in white and that's one of the main reasons why they signed Christian Pulisic in the winter transfer window, as they view the Borussia Dortmund forward as the perfect guy to replace him at Stamford Bridge.
Moreover, Marca claim Real Madrid has already engaged in talks with Chelsea regarding a potential move for the winger, but that Zidane has been quiet on the matter, even though he's likely to agree to make a move for the 28-year old-
Either way, with him still under contract until 2020, Chelsea is believed to ask around €150m for the winger's services, a price Real Madrid would be more than willing to meet for such a talented guy, especially with them struggling so badly to get by without Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, there are still a lot of details Zizou needs to figure out before making a big name signing like this one, as Gareth Bale's future is still up in the air and the Frenchman is unwilling to part ways with Marco Asensio, who thrived under Zidane's first tenure.
