Real Madrid have reignited their interest in one of the most exciting and promising youngsters in Europe right now, Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho following Manchester City’s response for the transfer enquiry about Raheem Sterling.
Sancho is once again being targeted by Real, who will reportedly have to spend £100 million to land him next summer. The England international has developed his game since he left Manchester City academy to join Borussia Dortmund in 2017, turning a lot of heads to him that won’t hesitate to make huge bids for his services next season.
One of those clubs is Madrid, who according to the Daily Mail, will make it a priority to bring Sancho to the Bernabeu.
The 19-year–old has been linked with several clubs over the last couple of weeks, including the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, City, who have a buy-back option, Chelsea, and Manchester United, who reportedly held talks with his current side earlier this year.
However, United have made a poor start to the season and it’s highly unlikely to see them qualifying for the Champions League next year, something that won’t happen with the rest of clubs interested in the youngster’s services.
Dortmund are said to be resigned that this will be the last campaign of Jadon as part of the team and are willing to cash in on the youngster, who is under currently under contract until 2022. Back in September, Sancho himself spoke out about his future, saying he wouldn’t mind where he continues his career as long as he gets playing time.
“I can’t tell the future but I wouldn’t mind,” he replied when asked about a potential move to the Premier League.
“LaLiga I wouldn’t mind also, but we don’t know yet.
“I am just happy that I’m playing and that’s the main thing. I’m just helping my team and learning every day when I’m on the pitch.”
This guy will be the protagonist of one of the most exciting sagas in the summer of 2020 as we’re already watching how many big teams are ready to go at it for his signature.
