VIDEO: Eden Hazard Scores His First Goal With Real Madrid

He's finally here. Following a couple of discrete appearances with Real Madrid during the preseason, Eden Hazard has finally proved why the team spent 100 million to dress him in white.

Hazard scored his first goal on a Real Madrid kit during the team's preseason friendly vs. FC Red Bull Salzburg and fans went nuts on social media after seeing what a beautiful strike it was.

The Belgian star received a beautiful pass from Karim Benzema right ahead of the center of the pitch and drove the ball all the way to the center of the box, getting rid of his defender before sending a cannonball past Cican Stanković's goal.

Real Madrid haven't been the team everybody expected them to be so far in the preseason, racking up 3 losses with 1 victory and 1 tie, and the media pointed at Hazard's shape as one of the main reasons why they've struggled.

Some supporters claimed the winger is out of shape and a bit overweight and weren't happy with his efforts thus far, so this beautiful strike could be enough to put his doubters at ease for a while.

Zinedine Zidane will have the tough task of taking Real Madrid back to the top of the world following one of the most disappointing seasons in club history last year.

Moreover, Hazard will have a lot of pressure on his shoulder as he's called to fill in the void Cristiano Ronaldo left when he decided to join Juventus a couple of seasons ago.

So, even if it's just a friendly matchup, it's certainly great to see their latest Galactico find more confidence and prove he's got what it takes to compete for next season's Ballon d'Or.

Still, Los Blancos are expected to make at least one more signing before the window closes, with Paul Pogba, Christian Eriksen, and Donny van de Beek as their main targets.
