After weeks of rumor and speculation, the day has finally arrived that the Houston Rockets let go of James Harden.

In breaking news by Shams Charania and Adrian Wojnarowski, the formal announcement of Harden to the Nets has been made.

Breaking: The Houston Rockets are trading James Harden to the Brooklyn Nets, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.

As part of the deal, Victor Oladipo will be sent to Houston for a package centering around Caris LeVert.

The Rockets are expanding the deal to send Caris LeVert to the Pacers for Victor Oladipo, sources tell ESPN.

Pacers: Caris LeVert, 2nd-rounder

Cavs: Jarrett Allen, Taurean Prince

With three All-NBA level players on one team, the Brooklyn Nets can officially be named the NBA’s first superteam since the reign of the Golden State Warriors ended in 2019.
