Bradley Beal Reportedly Has A List Of 5 Preferred Teams: Lakers, Clippers, Pelicans, Mavs, And Heat

Bradley Beal is one of the hottest names in the NBA right now after the bad start to the season the Washington Wizards have had so far. The shooting guard has been linked with a move away from the capital but the player isn’t interested in leaving the Wizards.

However, recent reports suggest something different, including the list of teams that can land the player this season. According to Landon Buford, Beal has five preferred teams to join before tradeline, including some big squads that would be happy to have the guard on board.

Earlier tonight, I spoke to a league source, and the source shared that the Pelicans are on top of the list of Beal’s desired teams.

“Pelicans are on top of the list of Bradley Beal’s desired teams.”

When asked why he and his representatives are saying, he does not want to be traded?

“Beal is saying the right things and working with the FO in an effort to extract maximum value. Beal’s desired teams include the Pelicans, Mavs, Heat, and the LA teams,” the source told me.

Also, earlier tonight, Wizards analyst Brendan Haywood was on Instagram Live with Ryan Hollins. During the Live, Haywood was asked how long until Bradley Beal request a trade drops the good guy campaign.

“I don’t think anybody knows, “said Haywood.

The Lakers and Clippers have been linked with the player recently and they would love to get involved in a potential trade for the Wizards star. The Miami Heat also were linked with the player but there is a catch for the Floridians and they will probably decline that option.

As for the Mavs and Pelicans, Beal could be the piece they need to make the leap in the Western Conference. They have a lot of potential but this season has been full of struggles; adding a player like Beal would give them the boost they need to reach the next level. Whoever decides to go after him will have to send a big package to Washington.
