Every NBA fan dreams of bumping into a superstar player in a completely random setting to have a conversation with them. That rarely happens, but people that look similar to NBA stars often find themselves getting ‘recognized’. That’s what happened to a man who walked into his local gas station and met a very convincing James Harden lookalike.
“Ey yo, I came to my Deli to get some food after work, and I bumped into my man James Harden in this motherf***er. Ey, what do you want to eat, Brodie? You give him whatever he wants, I got you baby.”

The fan ended up buying food for the Harden lookalike before leaving the gas station. It was a pretty wholesome interaction, as everyone involved seemed to be having fun. At least the fake Harden got a meal out of his looks. We don’t know if he has ball skills, but it’s safe to say he can’t play at the same level as the former MVP he resembles.
James Harden Wants To Retire On The Clippers
It feels like ages ago, but James Harden joined the Clippers in the first month of the season after a protracted trade saga with the Philadelphia 76ers. After a rough start to life in LA, Harden has transformed the contending Clippers into one of the favorites in the West. He’s averaging modest numbers at 17.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 8.3 assists, but he was the ideal point guard that this team has needed for years.
Harden is an LA kid who is also back home now. With this being his 15th season in the NBA as an impending free agent, reports suggested that Harden wants to see out the rest of his career with the franchise. He commented on the same.
“I thought the same thing last year, the last team I was on. That’s why I did all those sacrifices, but I’m here, home. We have an opportunity. I want to be able to keep the core together for a few years and I haven’t had those opportunities the last few years so things are going well and I’m happy.”

Even if the Clippers fail to secure the NBA title this season, Harden will likely be happy finishing his career in a supportive set-up like the one the Clippers have. The future of the franchise is exciting, especially with them moving to a new arena next season to finally build a legacy that isn’t always compared to the Lakers.
The Clippers are 37-18 and occupy the 3rd seed in the West. They have a legitimate chance at making a championship run. If they do so, keeping Harden in the summer as they head to the Intuit Dome will be a necessity for the Clippers.
