Bronny James has made a strong recovery following his cardiac arrest over a month ago, and he recently attended the USC Trojans’ College Football game against Nevada on September 2nd. Bronny was a man in demand in the stadium, as you might imagine, and took a picture with 13 women at the game.
James committed to USC earlier this year and he looks to have become a very popular figure on campus rather quickly. He and all the other fans at the arena would have been delighted by what they saw on the field as well.
Reigning Heisman Trophy winner Caleb Williams threw a party on Nevada as he finished with 5 touchdowns to lead USC to a 66-14 win. The result meant they are now off to a 2-0 start, and will take on Stanford next.
Does Bronny James Have A Girlfriend?
Despite being a fairly popular public figure and the son of LeBron James, it isn’t certain whether Bronny is dating anyone at the moment.
He was reportedly in a relationship with Peyton Gelfuso, who also went to Sierra Canyon High School like him, and the two even went to prom together in 2022 and 2023. Bronny’s 2023 prom picture with Gelfuso went viral earlier this year too.
Rumors have been going around, though, that James and Gelfuso are no longer together. The 18-year-old has since been spotted with Malia Gee, a TikTok model who is also a USC Alumni. There is no word yet, though, on whether the two are actually dating.
Will Bronny James Fully Recover From His Cardiac Arrest?
Bronny’s cardiac arrest on the 24th of July sent shockwaves across the sports world. Fortunately, the medical staff at USC was able to treat him and take him to the hospital, where he was in stable condition.
There was still understandably a lot of concern surrounding the teenager, but it appears all is fine. Bronny is now expected to make a full recovery as the cause of the cardiac arrest was revealed to be a Congenital Heart Defect, which can and will be treated.
There is hope that he can return to playing basketball in the near future, which is great news.
Shareef O’Neal, son of Shaquille O’Neal, had also previously shared a very promising update on his friend’s condition. Shareef said Bronny’s cardiac arrest won’t affect his future basketball career at all and that he was doing just fine.
The 2022-23 College Basketball season begins for USC in November against Alabama State, and it’ll be interesting to see whether Bronny is cleared to play by then.
