LeBron James is taking the offseason to unwind and get some well-deserved time off. Despite being in his 20th season, James averaged 38.7 minutes per game during the postseason and ended the playoffs by getting surgery on a foot injury.
Now that James is fully in the offseason mode, he shared pictures of a family dinner where he was making tequila cocktails using his own ‘Lobos’ brand.
James has put his name on an incredibly successful liquor brand, as Lobos is considered one of the best commercially available tequilas in the world. It also recently beat Michael Jordan’s ‘Cincoro’ in a competition, so it seems that is one arena where James may just be winning.
LeBron Getting Ready For Next Season
We’ve just entered July, which means Bron has three months off before the start of next season. He’ll likely stay in vacation mode for another month before ramping up for next season. With 20 offseasons under his belt, James knows what it takes to get himself ready and will likely ensure he’s in top shape.
James averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.8 assists last season and became the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. He broke multiple records as well, continuing to play at the highest level of the sport despite the miles on his body. James is second all-time in minutes logged once regular season and playoff games are combined.
The Lakers have had a strong offseason so far, something even James commended. He’ll be rearing to get back on the court and prove to the world he can still be the best player on a championship squad despite his advancing age.
