There are very few people in this world that must be in as great a place as Stephen Curry is. Steph shut down his doubters with a superb playoff run that resulted in his 4th NBA championship and first Finals MVP. It meant a lot to him too, as was evident by his emotional reaction as the Warriors looked ready to clinch Game 6 and the title in Boston.

Everything since then has likely been a blur for the superstar, with parties and celebrations all around but more than anything else, Curry is a family man. One of the first moments he spent after the Warriors won was with his wife Ayesha, who was at hand to congratulate Steph on his incredible accomplishment.

And it seems he’s spending some time with his children as well in the aftermath of the win, with Ayesha sharing an Instagram post showing Steph with his son Canon holding the trophies that he worked so hard to get.

“Wow. God is good… all the time. My dudes “

This must be quite a fun experience for Curry’s son Canon, who is only 3 years old, but now surely understands the happiness that he has been likely surrounded by since the Warriors finished their season as champions.

A job well done means Steph can now kick back and relax, spend some time with his family and admire the results of his labor. Curry and the Warriors know what it’s like to be playing in the Finals, so he probably has a plan in mind for his summer already.

Knowing his hunger though, Steph will want to get back here again next season and it’s hard to see how the Warriors don’t make it if they retain all their players. The young core of Poole, Kuminga, Moody, and Wiseman will all be hoping to take another step next season too, only making the Warriors more scary than they already are.
