The Los Angeles Lakers finally got their big three back on the court, and it resulted in a much-needed win for them. The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Brooklyn Nets on the road to get right back to the 500 mark. While the Nets only had James Harden available from their superstars, it is still a win that will make them happy and make them feel like they can get back on track.
Lakers fans were thrilled with the victory, finally getting to see the trio of LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Russell Westbrook back together, and playing well for that matter. James himself was quite solid as usual, scoring 33 points in a solid display and helping his team get the win.
But one moment during the game caught the fans’ attention. In the 4th quarter, LeBron James could be seen spouting instructions and advice to Lakers’ undrafted rookie Austin Reaves. Reaves seemed particularly confused, and his facial expressions during the instructions were quite funny.
LeBron had Austin Reaves absolutely lost here 😂 https://t.co/OCF1Wlha97

NBA fans reacted hilariously to these interactions, with most of them comparing their interaction to that of MCU characters Iron Man and Spider-Man, who had a mentor-mentee relationship. Whereas others were just poking fun at how scared and confused Reaves looked throughout the interaction.

Clearly, fans were amused by this interaction. But in all seriousness, many have acknowledged just how solid Reaves has been. Despite being an undrafted rookie, Reaves has proven to be a reliable shooter who can come off the bench and help make some important shots for their team.
Reaves has become a bit of a fan favorite, much like Alex Caruso was during his stint in LA. Much like Caruso, Reaves was an undrafted rookie with not too many expectations of him. But the Lakers have very clearly missed the fight that Caruso brought on the defensive end of the court for them.
