DeMarcus Cousins Calls The Clippers One Of The Most “Complete” Teams In The League: “I Don’t Really See Them Lacking Much.”

1 Min Read

The Los Angeles Clippers don’t have a very good track record of success. Besides their dark history, the Clips have since made themselves notorious for their crushing and disappointing playoff performances.

And even as fans have doubts that will ever change, the Clippers’ newest member, 4x All-Star DeMarcus Cousins, seemed pretty excited and impressed about the depth of his new club.

Cousins is currently under a 10-day contract with the Clippers, so there is no telling how long his stint with the team will last. While the veteran big man is far from the player he used to be, he is still a solid player, with season averages of 9.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.

The question is, do the Clippers have enough to finally win the title this season? With Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and a strong supporting cast, it wouldn’t be wise to count them out completely, even if doubt remains they can overcome their demons.

Still, it’s hard not to look at the enthusiasm of DeMarcus and feel that this team could be on the verge of making history.
