Draymond Green Shares A Hilarious Story About Klay Thompson: "Hey Guys, Y'All We're Going To The White House, Right?"

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green share a bond that goes past the hardwood. They have become close friends after playing and winning for the Golden State Warriors over the years.

Draymond Green told a hilarious story about Klay Thompson when the team was discussing their visit to the White House. Green spoke about Thompson being in his own world in the recent episode of 'Podcast P.'

"Klay, I think one of the things that I enjoy the most, and that we get great laughs out of is, like I said, we all sit at this table together," Green said. "David Lee used to sit at the table. ... We're all sitting at the table, and we're talking about the White House visit... 35-minute conversation... 10 minutes after the conversation [Klay says], 'Hey guys, y'all we're going to the White House, right?"

Green added: "We looked at each other, we're like, 'Yo, we just talked 35 minutes about this...' He has all these moments where you just realize like he's in his own world."

Klay Thompson getting lost in his own world is definitely hilarious. While Klay may have such moments off the court, he's locked in when he plays for the Warriors. After all, getting the reputation of arguably the second-best shooter of all time behind Stephen Curry doesn't randomly happen.

Klay Thompson Was Unintentionally Trolled By President Joe Biden At The Warriors' 2023 White House Visit

Klay Thompson was a crucial part of the Golden State Warriors' 2022 NBA Championship-winning roster. He returned to the team after being sidelined for two seasons due to injuries.

Thompson helped the Dubs in winning the 2022 NBA Championship. At the team's 2023 White House visit, Klay Thompson was given a taste of his own medicine by none other than U.S. President Joe Biden. Biden hilariously forgot Thompson's name when addressing the team.

It would have been amazing to see Thompson's reaction to the blunder. Unfortunately, the veteran Warriors guard wasn't in the frame.
