Thanks to a dominant showing by the Lakers in Game 6 (106-93), they were able to finally close the deal and earn the 2020 NBA Championship. Though it didn’t go down how most Lakers fans imagined, the feeling around Lakers Nation is nothing but bliss as they come to terms with being the NBA Champs once again.

On Twitter, fans and media members shared their thoughts and initial reactions to the moment. Here are some of the best that we saw:

With title number 17, they are officially tied with the Celtics for the most Championship wins by a franchise in NBA history. As for LeBron James, it marks win number four — putting him with some pretty elite company.

GOAT. WE ARE ALL WITNESSES!!!! @KingJames

Anthony Davis has been huge all season for L.A., and especially in these playoffs. With a Championship under his belt, many are wondering what else might lie ahead for the 27-year-old big man.

Needless to say, it was a huge night for Lakers Nation, and one they won’t soon forget. And while our minds might already be lingering with questions about next season, let’s just let them enjoy the awesomeness moment.
