NBA Fans React To Draymond Green’s Hard Foul On Kawhi Leonard

Draymond Green is back and the Golden State Warriors can’t be happier about it. He’s a very important player for the Dubs, their heart and soul and every time he’s on the court, Golden State has a bigger chance to win games. However, just like he is beneficial for his team, Draymond can be a real problem for his opponents and he reminded fans why he’s not loved around the league on Wednesday night.

During the 3rd quarter of the Golden State Warriors-Los Angeles Clippers game, as Kawhi Leonard drove to the basket, Draymond pulled his arm, bringing the 2x NBA champion to the ground. It could have been worse than it was and both players were aware of that. Draymond apologized for the play but Leonard wasn’t so happy with him.

NBA fans reacted to that play, some calling out Draymond and others defending him. Some said it was a common foul and others actually criticized the league for not ejecting the player after that rough play.

he really wasn’t trying to make that bad, tried to not let him fall like that… should’ve been common foul

Kawhi Leonard has a history with the Golden State Warriors and injuries. Back in 2017, he was dominating them until Zaza Pachulia injured him in the Western Conference Finals. He surely doesn’t want to go through the same thing and his response to Draymond was expectable.

Green can be a great player for his team but he can make some messed up plays that ruin all the good things he does on the court. Fortunately, this wasn’t worse, but Kawhi wasn’t having any of that. And that’s a lot to say.
