When you reach the highest level of professional sports, you tend to become a popular figure. Only the best of the best manage to get that far, and the stars especially end up becoming household names.

The downside of becoming that famous is that you get afforded little to no privacy when you step out in public. Everyone’s got their phones out, and it can get quite uncomfortable, as it did once for LaMelo Ball, who was just shopping for some groceries.

Nowadays, women are also getting heavily invested in sports, but a large section still couldn’t care less about some men who try to put a ball in a basket. An NBA fan decided to ask his girlfriend to name a player from every NBA team, and the results were hilarious, as you might expect.

“Ish means she’s a keeper goddamn”

“they sadly all know kelly oubre”

“She knows ball”

“Marry her. She is the one”

“She said pat bev before lebron she knows ball”

“Pat Williams and Campazzo are actually pretty impressive ngl”

“damn she know who jalen green is “

“The slander is crazy, kings gon be champs one day”

“She did very well”

“Now that Gobert and Mitchel are gone, I can’t name a jazz player off the top of my head either “

“even the girls knows about the trio kd-kyrie-ben”

“Best one was the Kings ngl”

“Probably better than I could do”

“She knows Frank Kaminsky but never heard of the Knicks???”

“Nobody ever gets any Pacers names..”

“She doesn’t know who @TheTraeYoung is ? Smh”

“She didn’t know LaVine or DeRozan but she knew Patrick Williams?”

“How the hell does she know how Campazzo is but she can’t name a player on the Knicks?”

“She knows who patrick Williams is but doesn’t know who De’Aaron fox is???”

“ISH WAINRIGHT??? What a crazy pull”

It is hilarious how she mentioned some of the lesser-known players, with Ish Wainright perhaps standing out for everyone. The man himself was very surprised to find out that someone named him.

🤣🤣 how she know my name !!?? https://t.co/SdHtUhIfIw

For those wondering about it like Wainright, the fan and his girlfriend seem to be Suns fans, which would explain why she knows Kaminsky as well, as he was on the Suns too before moving to the Hawks.

It is not looking all too good for Suns fans right now though, as the team just lost to the Adelaide 36ers in the preseason. The Suns ran away with the best record in the league last season but there seems to be turmoil behind the scenes at the moment and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them have a massive drop-off in this upcoming campaign.

His passion for the sport was ignited after witnessing the high-octane offense of the Steve Nash-led Phoenix Suns. Among the Suns, Shawn Marion stood out to Gautam as an all-time underrated NBA player. Marion’s versatility as a defender and his rebounding prowess, despite being just 6’7”, impressed Gautam immensely. He admired Marion’s finishing ability at the rim and his shooting, despite an unconventional jump shot, believing that Marion’s skill set would have been even more appreciated in today’s NBA.This transformative experience not only deepened his love for basketball but also shaped his approach to sports writing, enabling him to connect with readers through vivid storytelling and insightful analysis.
