NBA athletes are millionaires, some of the highest-paid people in the world, and their lifestyles match that. Wine, watches, sneakers, expensive vacations, all are a part of the package when looking at the life of an NBA star. A lot of them also rub shoulders with celebrities like actors, models, and icons in the fashion industry. One of the current players with a taste for the finer things is Kyle Kuzma, who was a champion with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Kuz is always dressed in designer clothes and seems in touch with the culture and that part of him got promoted a lot when he was in LA. However, his favorite meal in the city isn’t some fine-dining private experience, it’s apparently just burgers from the famous chain In-N-Out. Kuzma and the Wizards played the Lakers earlier this week and Kuz made a beeline for some In-N-Out when he got back to the city that drafted him.

“Man, I went straight to In-N-Out – that was the first thing I did,” Kuzma told Southern California News Group. “I just got a double-double. Got a nice little double-double. Got some pink lemonade. That’s usually the go-to.”

This isn’t the first time an NBA superstar has done something like this, who can forget Giannis Antetokounmpo pulling up to Chick-Fil-A after winning his first championship and Finals MVP to ask for 50 chicken nuggets? While players might become celebrities in their own right once they get to the league, a lot of them come from humble backgrounds and never really forget the simple things they enjoyed as children.

Kuzma put up 23 points against the Lakers following his In-N-Out pitstop but couldn’t stop the Wizards from losing to his former team after a ridiculous performance by LeBron James. the Wizards also went on to lose to the Trail Blazers on Saturday night, so Kuz should be hoping that the In-N-Out inspires him to some huge performances soon.
