Bogdan Bogdanovic has shown that he is a very solid sixth man that can provide 3PT shooting and shot creation coming off the bench. As of right now, Bogdan Bogdanovic is averaging 15.5 PPG, 3.3 RPG, and 3.1 APG for the Atlanta Hawks while shooting 37.4% from the 3PT range.

Ahead of this trade deadline, Bogdan Bogdanovic has attracted a lot of interest from opposing teams. In fact, a previous report revealed that Bogdan Bogdanovic has drawn trade calls from half the NBA.

But league sources say the Hawks have no shortage of trade interest in Bogdan Bogdanović as well — as in “half the league is calling” type stuff. The 30-year-old guard has a player option for $18 million next season, so most teams would understandably view him as a short-term rental.

As of right now, it is unclear what sort of offers the Hawks have received for Bogdanovic. One of the suitors for Bogdanovic has been identified in a recent report by Dan Woike and Broderick Turner of The Los Angeles Times, with it being revealed that the Lakers have an interest in him.

The team could also have interest in Atlanta guard Bogdan Bogdanovic as they try to add shooting.

The Los Angeles Lakers could use a high-volume 3PT shooter that can consistently deliver offense from the 3PT range. Bogdan Bogdanovic will give them an element of perimeter shot creation that they currently lack, and would be a good fit with their existing core. Obviously, the Los Angeles Lakers will have a lot of competition when trying to trade for him, but he would be a no-brainer acquisition for the team if they don’t have to give up much to get him.

The Dallas Mavericks Are Also Among The Teams With Interest In Bogdan Bogdanovic

Another suitor for Bogdan Bogdanovic’s services was revealed in a previous report, with the Dallas Mavericks supposedly being interested in getting him. The report noted that the team is “desperate and determined” to get Luka Doncic some help ahead of the trade deadline.

They also want Bojan Bogdanovic from Detroit and Bogdan Bogdanovic from Atlanta — they’re desperate and determined to get help for Luka Doncic before he passes out from exhaustion in carrying that franchise.

Bogdan Bogdanovic could definitely help the Dallas Mavericks win immediately. They could end up re-signing him as well, and ensure that he stays as a long-term part of their core.

It remains to be seen which team will end up getting Bogdan Bogdanovic, and it is entirely possible that the Atlanta Hawks will keep him as well. This is definitely a situation to monitor ahead of the trade deadline though, and we’ll see what happens in the future.
