NBA Trade Rumors: Grizzlies Could Trade Four Players And A Pick For Bradley Beal

Wiz of Awes

Ja Morant is doing his best to lift the Grizzlies to a series win against the Jazz, but Memphis is just too young and outmatched to compete with the West’s top seed.

But with a trade for another star, perhaps Bradley Beal, they could make some real noise in the Western Conference. In a recent article, Greg Swartz of Bleacher Report suggested the move and explained why it would help both teams involved.

Memphis Grizzlies Receive: SG Bradley Beal

Washington Wizards Receive: G/F Dillon Brooks, SG Desmond Bane, PF Brandon Clarke, F Justise Winslow, 2021 first-round pick

It would give Memphis an incredible core, however, with a starting lineup consisting of Ja Morant, Beal, Kyle Anderson, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Jonas Valanciunas. Still just 27 despite wrapping up his ninth season, Beal could still be in his prime while the rest of the young Grizzlies start to hit theirs.

With the Wizards being a first-round exit this season, some are convinced that Beal could be made available by the team this offseason.

As a premier scorer and perimeter shooter, he could take the Grizzlies further in the Conference and make them a legitimate threat.

But we’ll see soon enough what lies in store for Memphis, and Beal, over the next few weeks and months.
