It’s well known that Stephon Marbury isn’t the biggest admirer of LeBron James but the former NBA star has taken things to the next level. Marbury went after LeBron’s hairline while criticizing the King for his performance against the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.

During an Instagram Live session, he said some serious things about LeBron, his game and his hairstyle.

“LeBron James is supposed to grab 15 rebounds, he’s 6’9.”

“He shoots different without fans,” are some of the things he said about Bron’s level in the bubble.

After that, he started talking about James’ hair.

“I know he didn’t put a rug on his head.”

“I don’t have no hair on his head. Somebody sent me a clip where his head was over his headband.”

“What was that about?”

He went on a huge rant about Bron, even saying the Los Angeles Lakers paid cameramen to use certain angles so he can hide his baldness.

Stephon Marbury on LeBron James: "I seen a dude put glue on his head. Don't that hurt? How you take a shower?"

"If you saw me speak to you and I have a whole bunch of waves [in my hair]…how do you do that and you know a little bit of water it's gonna stink. Do you blowdry?"

Stephon Marbury says LeBron James' barber spends five minutes on one side of his head when he gets a shapeup & he puts his du rag on crooked afterward.

Marbury also says the Lakers All Star pays TNT & ESPN cameraman to use certain camera angles as filters during games.

This is not the first time Marbury attacks LeBron like this. Earlier this year, ahead of the debut of Michael Jordan’s documentary ‘The Last Dance’, Stephon dismissed the idea of LeBron being better than MJ.

“C’mon man,” Marbury said. “LeBron’s a great player. Don’t get me wrong. A great, great player. Unbelievable. Amazing. But better than Michael Jordan? – it’s not even the same. It’s just different. In fact, it needs no explanation or explaining because we can’t talk about Jordan’s game. It’s like we need to talk about what people are ‘not.’”

People tend to see these comments as pure jealousy from Marbury. LeBron is one of the best players in the history of the game while he’s a star in China. These are different levels and yes, LeBron has been criticized for his performance in the bubble and his hair has been mocked several times, but there is no doubt that the King has been relevant and successful for the most part of his career.
