Free agency countdown is on and teams are ready to shell out some moolah. Many dominoes should fall pretty swiftly and quickly. We at Fadeaway World are keeping our eyes peeled for you. The next week is all about excitement, disappointment, and most importantly expectations.

Contents
  • Kawhi Leonard Back To Toronto
  • Klay Thompson Back To The Bay
  • Kristaps Porzingis Back To Dallas
  • Kemba Walker To Boston
  • Khris Middleton Back To The Bucks

Here are the 5 signings you can expect in the next few days.

Kawhi Leonard Back To Toronto

(via myMotherLode.com)

Right now Kawhi Leonard one of the only star free agents playing with house money. He just won a championship with the Toronto Raptors. If he decides to leave and go to the Clippers, the free agent with not be met with hellfire and brimstone. It is a 2 team race for the superstar’s services, but we believe with the Raptors having the chance to make the final pitch. The Claw will return on a short year deal and basically confess his mutual love for Toronto.

In my opinion, Kawhi and the Raptors are not destined for the greatest one-year rental narrative anymore. Kawhi will return a short three-year deal with goals to build a dynasty up north. It may be cold, the taxes may be high, but his clock in Toronto will still be ticking. I believe the Raptors if they retain Kawhi are primed for a chance to repeat as champions.

Deal: 3 Year Max Deal worth $110 Mil with a player option after 2 years

Klay Thompson Back To The Bay

(via Sportsnet)

Klay Thompson will likely miss all of the upcoming 2019-20 NBA season nursing his torn ACL. The Warriors seem still heavily committed to keeping the band together. All indications have us believing the Warriors will give Klay his demands of a 5 year Max contract. Klay has given so much to the Warriors, now they have to give it back to him in the form of patience. This talent is the type most teams would gladly wait on. A shooter usually doesn’t lose his shot. Klay’s game is not founded on the explosion.

Thompson will return to the Golden State Warriors and the band will tour together again eventually. Patience is key for an arguably top 2 or 3 shooting guard in the association. After he signs the dotted line, bring out more household appliances for him to sign maybe a microwave this time.

Deal: 5 Year Max worth $190 Mil

Kristaps Porzingis Back To Dallas

The Mavericks are gearing up to offer the unicorn a max contract. The big man is getting close to his recovery from a torn ACL. There is unbegun business still to be met in Dallas with Luka Doncic and whoever else they sign to complete the potential Big 3. The skilled forward with the smooth shooting stroke and excellent shot-blocking abilities could be the next Dirk in Dallas. The European connection could take over the West.

The expectation is Porzingis is eager to stay in Dallas and likes the way they are building. The chance to with Doncic is enticing and I believe Porzingis could be the number 1 option as Luka is more than willing to defer to him. The Dallas Mavericks are darkhorse and these steeds would not have it any other way.

Deal: 5 year Max deal worth $148 Mil

Kemba Walker To Boston

NBA Rumors: Celtics Emerge As Stealth Suitors For Kemba Walker

Michael Jordan is scratching his head despite having a shaven skull. The Hornets are headed for NBA turmoil. The Celtics are building a new landscape with some solid soil. Walker to Boston seems like a foregone conclusion. The Celtics get their Kyrie Irving replacement without the drama. The Mavericks may be disappointed on missing out on their perceived top tier target this free agency.

The Celtics cleared up enough cap room to offer Walker a lucrative max level contract. They did so by trading Aron Baynes and with the eventual departures of Kyrie Irving, Al Horford, Marcus Morris Sr. and Terry Rozier. The Celtics are hoping to ink Kemba on a four-year deal. Imagine the likes of Kemba playing with actual talent like Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, and Robert Williams. Seems like a match made in NBA heaven.

Deal: 4 year Max deal worth $141 Mil

Khris Middleton Back To The Bucks

Do not worry Giannis, you will still have your more than trusty sidekick in Khris Middleton. The two-way star wing is expected to receive more than his share of interest this free agency. This will no doubt force the Bucks hands to give him a very lucrative deal. This needs to the Bucks number one priority this off-season. Even if it means losing notable players like Malcolm Brogdon or Nikola Mirotic.

The Bucks need to keep this squad together as best they can or else it’s the Atlanta Hawks all over again. After a wonderful regular season and deep playoff run, they do not keep their roster together. Budenholzer does not need this headache again. Bucks listen up and make a sensible decision. For the record, in this market Khris Middleton just many other young talents such as Tobias Harris, Julius Randle, and Bojan Bogdanovic may be maxed players out of desperation.

Deal: 5-year max deal worth $189 Mil
