The Denver Nuggets handily won Game 4 of the NBA Finals, putting them ahead 3-1 over the Miami Heat. For the Nuggets, they are on the brink of history, as they can win the NBA championship with just one more win in the NBA Finals. And Jamal Murray believes that the Nuggets are ready.

While speaking to the press after Game 4, Jamal Murray was asked how the Nuggets were able to cope with the minutes that Nikola Jokic would sit on the bench. Murray confidently responded, “We’re just ready to win a championship.” Murray and the Nuggets are clearly not lacking in confidence.

Murray himself had a solid game, scoring 15 points for the Denver Nuggets. While he didn’t have the most efficient night, going 5-17 from the field, he was able to deliver some big minutes for the Nuggets and score some important points. In reality, Murray and Jokic were aided heavily by players like Bruce Brown and Aaron Gordon, who led the team in scoring.

Jamal Murray Ready To Win It All

Murray and the Nuggets have played sensational basketball during this playoff run.

Very few teams could claim that they knocked out teams led by superstars like LeBron James and Kevin Durant in the same playoff run. But the Miami Heat have shown they are not going to be out for the count anytime soon.

Paul Pierce recently claimed that Jamal Murray is the best point guard in the NBA. And considering the way he has played during this playoff run, there is a solid argument to be made for that.

Murray could cement his place among the all-time great point guards by winning the NBA championship. And considering how young Murray is, his career could only go up from there.
