The New York Knicks are living sweet times right now, getting closer to the second round of the 2023 NBA Playoffs. After demolishing the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 3 of the series, they were keen to get another statement win.

Led by Jalen Brunson, the New Yorkers showed out and took a big victory that puts them in a privileged position to advance to the second round.

After the game was over, many fans reacted to the match. Of course, Jalen Brunson received a lot of praise for his performance.

RJ Barrett was also showered in praise after he stepped up for his team (we see you, Stephen A.).

The Knicks started the game on a strong note, and when the Cavaliers reacted, they knew how to respond. Cleveland tried to take the lead, and they did at some point, but the Knicks remained focused, and Brunson never shied away from the action.

Jalen Brunson And RJ Barrett Showed The Way For The Knicks

They secured the 102-93 win against the Cavs, sending everyone into a frenzy. The Knicks are playing terrific basketball right now, and they are slowly becoming a favorite to come out of the East, especially knowing that they would clash against the hurt Milwaukee Bucks or the Miami Heat in the next round.

Now, the series is heading back to Cleveland, where the Cavs will try to force Game 6. The Knicks already stole the first game at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and they’re ready to do the same to become the second team to make it to the second round.

This season was full of changes for the Knicks, and now they’re on the verge of reaching the second round of the playoffs and eliminating one of the best teams in the regular season. It’s time to shine for Brunson, and he hasn’t disappointed so far.
