Ja Morant had a series of issues with justice in the past year or so, with many stories about his bad behavior coming to life after he starred in the gun scandal in Denver a couple of weeks ago.

Moreover, he was accused of beating up a 17-year-old boy, and bodycam footage shows the young boy explaining the altercation to police officers.

This boy said he was playing ‘competitive’ with Ja, trash-talking the Memphis Grizzlies star, but things got out of control at some point and the player decided to get physical with the teen. He even asked his friends if he should hit the accuser, and after the boy tried to defend himself, Ja and his friends jumped him.

The video shows the officers listening and asking for details, and then discussing what they should do. Some of them couldn’t believe the kid was talking about the actual Ja Morant, but that was exactly what happened.

Ja Morant Accused Of Threatening Shoe Salesman

Things have been getting complicated for Ja this week, as a new report claimed he threatened a shoe salesman after a misunderstanding with his mother, Jamie Morant. After the worker helped two white customers before Ja’s mom, things got tense and the lady started yelling at the salesman.

Ja then showed up with a bunch of people asking for this man, who didn’t hesitate to talk to the police about it. The man also claimed that he never heard from the police again, and the altercation was simply ignored, presumably due to Ja’s superstar status.

It’s well-known that Ja had some issues with some people and allegedly tried to solve them by threatening people. He vowed to do better after getting suspended by the Grizzlies following a gun scandal, but it seems like the past has come after Morant.

We really hope he can get things back on track and be a good example in his community and for the kids that watch him play. But first, he needs to clean whatever needs to be cleaned up.
