The talk regarding this free throw countdown for Giannis had somewhat gone away, but it popped back up when Russell Westbrook started the countdown when the Bucks faced the Los Angeles Lakers. He does need to make some tweaks here, or else this is just going to be a nightly occurrence, and no one wants to see that. It somewhat took away from a dominant showing from the Bucks, who are looking to reclaim their crown.
The Milwaukee Bucks Got A Statement Win
This was a clash between the last two NBA champions, and the Bucks looked far superior here. Granted, the game was in Milwaukee, and the Warriors have been terrible on the road this season, but it was still quite impressive.
We might well have seen these two face off in the NBA Finals last season if not for injuries, as there is a good chance the Bucks would have beaten the Celtics if Khris Middleton had been healthy.
