Bronny James Reacts To LaMarcus Aldridge Joining The Nets: “All This To Stop A 36-Year-Old Man In Year 18”

2 Min Read

Bronny James, just like the rest of the NBA world, had something to say about the Brooklyn Nets signing LaMarcus Aldridge in the buyout market. The veteran big man was waived by the San Antonio Spurs after six years with the Texan team.

Even though the Miami Heat were expected to acquire his services, their recent losing streak and the fact that the Nets are well en route to compete for the NBA championship, changed Aldridge’s mind at the last second. This decision raised a lot of eyebrows around the league and plenty of fans criticized the Nets for adding Aldridge to their already overpowered team. Well, Bronny jumped on that train and he shared an Instagram story calling out the Nets for creating a superteam to beat his dad.

“All this to stop a 36 year old man in year 18,” the story read, showing a picture of LeBron James.

LeBron is trying to win back-to-back titles with the Los Angeles Lakers this season and as Magic Johnson recently stated, the Lakers don’t have the same competition they had last year. This is serious and the Nets are making sure they have as much talent as they have to give the purple and gold a run for their money.

NBA fans said that LeBron is living Space Jam in real life and Bronny must have thought the same. Superteams appeared to be done in the league last season where teams created duos and nothing else. Well, now the Nets brought the trend back and a lot of people are unhappy with that.
