Trust Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers to dish out an impromptu rap song after being stuck on a plane for seven hours due to inclement weather.

Safe to say, that man Lillard can make an alternate career as a rapper once he hangs up his kicks. He had his Blazers teammates for the company as they rolled out a rap song, and fans can find it on Instagram.

Not to mention, he even had a quirky caption to go along with it.

When you stuck on the plane for 7 hours and the flight get canceled ‍♂️ … guess we try again TOMORROW #DameDolla #TomorrowI shoulda finished…“Had to get on Cam (camera) cuz my beanie is reddish/ and she know like her BADJI @ibou_dianko_badji_ (body) that’s a fetish/ when she bend and arci that’s my favorite present/ when she want her boots Knox’d I’m in heaven “ lol

Lillard and the Blazers were slated to fly against the Sacramento Kings, but a heavy snowfall dented their plans and the team’s flight was canceled as a result. Except, it couldn’t dampen the team’s spirits.

Damian Lillard Has Had An Impressive Career As A Music Artist

Those who caught ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’ will know that the movie featured a slew of NBA stars, and Lillard had more than just the role of Kronos, a gold robotic Goon Squad member. He even had a song in the movie “About That Time” featuring G-Eazy, P-Lo, and White Dave.

The guard who goes by the name of Dame D.O.L.L.A released his first single, “Soldier in the Game” in July 2015, and followed it up with ‘The Letter O’ in 2016, and ‘Confirmed’ the following year.

On the season front, the Blazers are staking a claim for the playoffs, a journey in which Lillard has been and will be crucial for. The guard averages 31.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 7.3 assists.

The Blazers still have work to do. Placed 12th in the West with a 28-30 record, they will need to string up some wins and make their case for the postseason. But with the rap song on the plane, it appears they are a happy bunch, and that downtime will surely help them relax and get back to business when they take the hardwood.
