Draymond Green Sends Kevin Love Hilarious Message After He Became Victim Of A LeBron James Poster: “Bron Owe You Some Wine, Brother”

One of the best dunks of the season came a few days ago when the Los Angeles Lakers took on the Cleveland Cavaliers, and LeBron James ruthlessly posterized Kevin Love amidst a 38-point triple-double. The game was fun to watch, as every game that LeBron plays against the Cavaliers is.

James and Love won a championship together in 2016 against the Golden State Warriors in one of the greatest comebacks in basketball history. One of the players on the losing side was Draymond Green, who is great friends with both players outside of their business on the court.

Green has started to build up his post-basketball media career with a podcast on Colin Cowherd’s ‘The Volume’ network and appearances on Inside The NBA. He was on his podcast discussing the dunk by LeBron over K-Love and had a simple message for Love.

“Oh my God, K-Love. Jesus Christ. I think ‘Bron owe you some good wine for that one my brother.”

Kevin Love is not the same player he was in 2016 and neither is LeBron, but LeBron is still producing at the level he used to back during his Cleveland days. Love is an extremely serviceable veteran on the Cavaliers team and will be a tremendous voice in the locker room in their first playoff run since 2018.

That dunk by LeBron was proof that he still has a lot left in the tank. While it isn’t the same as him jumping clean over a player like John Lucas III like he did when he was in Miami, it is incredibly impressive to go up against a 6’10 player like Love and completely clear him out.

The pair bantered about LeBron being uninvited from Love’s wedding because of the dunk, but their bond seems extremely strong, so maybe they will meet soon enough for LBJ to make up for it with a nice bottle of wine.
