Stephen Curry is one of the best players in the game. Throughout the last few years, he’s been viewed as one of the best point guards in the league. He’s an influential character on the court, as he literally changed the way the game was played and moved the league towards the 3 and D revolution. Needless to say, Curry is a future Hall of Famer and an inspiration to many.

Recently though, Stephen Curry has been slandered online due to the Golden State Warriors’ slow start. Some have already come to the defense of Curry and the Warriors, such as Trail Blazers star CJ McCollum. The most recent person to do it is former All-Star, Isaiah Thomas.

It’s funny when I see that Steph Curry slander… Bro really changed how the game of basketball is played on every level in the world!!! Let that sink in. Only a few players in the history of the game have really CHANGED the game of basketball.

Thomas is right: you see a lot more players shooting threes from deep. Stephen Curry has inspired a whole new generation of guards who can shoot from way downtown. This current generation of young hoopers has grown up watching Curry play. It is simply crazy, that a three-time champion who has beaten LeBron James in the playoffs, is being doubted.

Stephen Curry will be a Hall of Famer. His legacy is set in stone: he was one of those players who revolutionized the concept of basketball itself. Hopefully, as time goes on, more people can reflect on his greatness and appreciate it, instead of tearing him down.
