Jamal Murray has added another incredible shot to his growing playoff highlight reel, as he continues to make big shot after big shot. In Game 4, Murray sunk a three from beyond half-court to end the first half, celebrating in front of Kevin Harlan by crossing his arms and flexing while staring at the commentator.

After this shot, Murray had 7 points in the first half of the game, with three of them coming through this shot. The Nuggets are looking to win Game 4 on the road and regain the home-court advantage they lost after defeats in Games 1 and 2.

Murray’s shot enabled the Nuggets to end the first half with a 15-point lead as the score was 64-49 in Denver’s favor. He’s averaging 20.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists for the playoffs.

Murray has struggled mightily through this series with the Wolves suffocating defense adversely impacting him the most. He’s having a great Game 4 tonight, already up to 17 points for the game halfway through the third quarter.

Jamal Murray Could Have Been Suspended During The Series

The most controversial thing about Jamal Murray in this series is simply the fact that he’s still on the court. Murray had a bit of a late-game meltdown when the Nuggets were getting blown out in Game 2.

The Nuggets’ point guard threw a heating pad onto the court, aiming for the official and missing. Since the game was in a live-ball situation, we were lucky to leave that game without any players getting injured. Murray also made a money sign at the referees, for which he was fined $100,000 but wasn’t suspended by the league.

Murray not being suspended has led to major conspiracies as to the NBA trying to ensure he stays on the court to continue boosting playoff TV ratings.

“We all know what’s going on here. And it’s a bad look. This was about protecting the TV audience for the next game — or games.”

Murray being unpunished for his actions stunned rapper Snoop Dogg, who couldn’t believe that the Nuggets’ point guard wasn’t suspended for even one game and compared him to Draymond Green.

“This Murray thing that right there threw me for a loop. I have to bring it up because Patrick Beverly threw a basketball they gave him four games. He threw a towel then he threw another thing which could have caused injury. Come on man you got to give him one game $100,000 doesn’t mean anything to a man who’s making 50 million… You’re supposed to get suspended… Your behavior is your behavior if it was Draymond Green what would have happened?”

More analysts such as Tim Legler also advocated for at least a one-game suspension for Murray. Now that Murray has found his form in this series and isn’t suspended, many fans will be upset about the outcome.
